Coaching is where I advise and you do the work. Consulting is the opposite — I do the work, you run it after. For the financial model that needs restructuring, the training system that needs building, the operational infrastructure that needs design. These do not wait for the operator to develop the expertise. They are addressed now, alongside the development that makes the operator capable of maintaining them.
